You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy. If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund within five to ten business days.
If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team. Gift returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal value.
