At handhandmadeart, we stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly car care products. We offer a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
